If an email from <strong>Health&#8217;s Nest<\/strong> is there?<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>&#8211; Please open the email.<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Next click the <strong>Not Spam<\/strong> button on the top toolbar.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>To ensure delivery: Create a filter to automatically send email from <strong>Health&#8217;s Nest<\/strong> to your Inbox.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>&#8211; Move your mouse over or tap the <strong>Gear<\/strong> icon in the top right navigation bar.<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Select <strong>Settings<\/strong> from the list that drops down.<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Choose <strong>Filters<\/strong> located on the left side of the page.<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Click the <strong>Add<\/strong> button on the Filters page.<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Create a name such as <strong>Whitelist<\/strong> in the <strong>Filter name<\/strong> field.<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; In the <strong>From<\/strong> field leave the default <strong>contains<\/strong> selected.<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Enter our email address <strong>support@healthsnest.com<\/strong> in the text box next to <strong>Contains&#8230;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Choose the destination folder to which you would like the message delivered. For example: Inbox.<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Click or tap <strong>Save&#8230;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>&#8211; You will see in the next screen -Deliver to <strong>Inbox<\/strong> if From contains <strong>Health&#8217;s Nest<\/strong>&#8211;<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Click or tap <strong>Save<\/strong> on this screen.<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; You will be returned to your Yahoo! You can change the spam protection level, change filter settings, etc.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Click on <strong>Friends list<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Please add <strong>support@healthsnest.com<\/strong> to your &#8220;Friends List&#8221; to always allow emails from <strong>Health&#8217;s Nest<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"instruction-icon\" style=\"background-color: #eb3c00;\" src=\"https:\/\/s3.amazonaws.com\/wlist-images\/trendmicro-icon.png\" \/><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"trend-micro\">Trend Micro<\/h2>\n<h4>If you received an email message from Health&#8217;s Nest that was incorrectly moved to the Spam Mail folder by the Anti-Spam Toolbar you can prevent this from occurring in the future<\/h4>\n<p>The Anti-Spam Toolbar detects spam by looking for certain keywords in the email&#8217;s subject or body. Occasionally, it may detect what you consider legitimate email as spam.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To prevent this from occurring you can do either of the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>&#8211; Add the <strong>Health&#8217;s Nest<\/strong> to the list of Approved Senders.<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Decrease the Spam Email Filter Strength.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> You can also select the email and click Not Spam to report it to Trend Micro.
